Why I coach.
I can say with 100% certainty that building strong relationships has been the most essential ingredient to my success as a leader. As I've grown in my career, I discovered my greatest strength is an ability to listen with curiosity and an open mind and heart. I've used this ability to develop strong, trusting relationships and have seen how these relationships enable execution, innovation and ultimately sustainable business results. I became a coach because I have a passion for helping others grow, overcome self-doubt and achieve their aspirational goals.
My Experience
In over 20 years of business experience, I held several senior leadership roles in the areas of product management, software development, sales, and marketing. I was responsible for the development and scaling of a global software business in a pre-IPO environment and as UK CEO, I was responsible for the integration of five acquisitions as part of establishing a strong presence in the market. As a Global Head of Talent Management, I established and led a leadership coaching program, which served leaders globally as part of a 12,000-person organization. I have been a leadership coach since 2018. I received my coaching training from the Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara, California and am an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation.
